The information received from Chad concerning the Woodridge
Channel seems to clearly indicate that the easement for the channel
was given to the City and is not contained within any private
property boundaries. Attached is that information received for
your review. Chad has requested return of these documents because
it is the only copy currently. Should we begin maintenance?
