ST9801-CS000317~'~ The City With A Beautiful Future PO BOX 478 (X)PPELL ]EXAS 75019 PO Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 972 462 0022 March 17, 2000 RE: Coppeil Road Project #ST98-01 (Sandy Lake Road to SH121) Dear Coppell Citizen: The Coppell Road reconstruction project has progressed over the past few months with the focus being on completion of the water line and progress on storm drain work The contractor for the project has notified the city that Phase One of the paving construction will begin on March 29th. Phase One will include paving and drainage improvements to the east-west portion of Coppell Road and will entail closure of the road from the SHI21 frontage road to the main entrance of The Mansions Apartments (see map on back of this letter). Again, Coppell Road from SH 121 to the main entrance of The Mansions wil! be closed to alt traffic beginning March 29, 2000. The estimated time of the phase one construction is eigkr weeks. Advanced signing will be used to warn motorists of the closure and direct traffic to other routes; particularly Canyon Drive, Coppell Road and SH121 Frontage Road. Please plan on using these alternate routes for the duration of Phase One. Details on the later phases of paving construction are still under consideration, but the will work to maintain traffic flow as much as possible.
