Woodridge Channel Easement
I have spoken with Chad about a drainage easement which abuts Sandy
Lake Road right-of-way on the southeast corner of MacArthur and
Sandy Lake Road. I would like to obtain a copy or have knowledge
of the content of the deed (vol. 81180, Page 3301, D.R.D.C.T.).
This would clarify several questions concerning maintenance and
eventual improvements to Sandy Lake Road. I understand Chad goes
to the county offices for other matters such as this and I would
like him to obtain this information for me on his next trip.
