For those developments having preliminary plat approval after June 23, 1992 the following assessment is determined: Residential Lots at $350.00 each = $ Units (Multi-Family) at $350.00 each = $ 50% of the amount specified above shall be paid by the Developer prior to Council approval of final plat. 50% remaining shall be paid by the Builder at such time as a building permit is issued.
