(Water, gas, sewer lines etc.) 6) No description uf edge treatment along Parkway Blvd. 7) Floodplain needs to be clearly shown on the t'ace of the plat. 8) Any plans for the Floodplain Common Area (i.e. park, playground or trails) ? 9) Show any 8" ur larger trees. 10) Screening walls and landscaping needs to be ~;hown along the 30 ' dedication adjacent to Coppell Rd. 11) Subdivision neexls street names. 12) Present a preliminary Property Owners Assnciation Agreement. 13) Submit a landscape plan and a Tree Preservation Plan. 14) Alley on east property -- properly located'? 15) Submit a letter reqnesting abandonment nt' alleys along Boodplain. 16) After reviewing staff recon~mendations provided at the DRC meeting, submit twenty-six (26) folded copies three (3) reduced paper copies aral one (l) transparencies of each exhibit to the Planning Department prior lo noon, Tuesday, August 9, 1994.
