A 20 foot wide Hike and Bike Trail easement and concrete trail is required in the
floodway easement/common area identified.
Location is to be coordinated with the Parks and Recreation Division at 462-8495.
The Parkland Dedication Ordinance will be in effect for this development. Dedication
of 1.88 acres or a fee of $1,285.00 per dwelling unit is required at the time of final
plat approval.
Does the 12" sewer line located along the eastern perimeter of the property need to be
larger as identified in the 1994 Master Plan?
Please provide water, wastewater, and proposed demands and flow.
No curves are allowed in sewer.
Tie in all dead ends as indicated on plan sheets.
Will homes located on lots 11, 18, & 26 along the existing 90" storm sewer be built
on top of this line?
