Dear Mr. Wainscott:
The City of Coppell recently completed a site visit of the improvements in the referenced
project. Listed below are items that must be addressed in the very near future:
1. The remaining sidewalks and ADA ramps must be constructed.
2. Construction debris must be removed from the vacant lot adjacent to building.
3. The valve stand and valve pad in the fire lane must be repaired.
4. The erosion control measures must be re-installed to function properly.
5. Edges along sidewalks must be back-filled.
6. The north drive approach must be properly barricaded.
The timely remediation of the deficiencies listed for this project would be appreciated. If
