This report, prepared by Graham and Associates, Inc. for the City of Coppell Parks Department and Dallas County, contains the technical data required for issuance of a Conditional Letter of Map Revision. Copies of the required HEC-2 hydraulic models, floodplain and floodway mapping, construction plans and application/certification forms are included. This flood control project is sponsored by the City of Coppell, as a joint venture with Dallas County, for the public benefit, therefore no review fee is included as specified in Section 72.5 of the FEMA regulations.
