A walk through was conducted at the above referenced
today. The following deficiencies were identified:

Clean out two vaults.
Need latch on two vaults(lid).
Need gravel in two meter cans.
Need a chimney seal in manhole in front of the office
and driveway.
Can not get the big cap off of the fire hydrants in
front of the office.
Clean out two vaults.
Need latch in vault so we can lock it.
Need chimney seal north entrance of manhole.
Can not get two caps off of fire hydrants by building
9. One cap drips a little.
