Enclosed for your review and approval are drawings, maps and hydraulic calculations
(HEC-2 models) for the proposed Grapevine Springs Park. Our proposed conditions
hydraulic analysis includes 2 new pedestrian bridges and erosion control measures in
the by-pass channel. As shown on the attached water surface comparison tables, the
proposed project does not raise the 10 year or 100 year flood levels upstream of the
project.
