Dear Mr. Fortson,
Thank you f~ ins~ter dated March ~5, 1991 regarding
~he propo~_~Wynnpage 'D~elopment~hat came before Council this past
~uesday evening.~are probably aware, it was approved with several
stipulations and modifications. Ail Planning and Zoning conditions were
approved as well as three additional stipulations: 1) 9,000 sq.ft, lots
abutting Southern Belle and viewing Plantation, 2) 8,450 sq. ft. lots on
lots 11 and 12, and 3) staff to present an adequate drainage solution
at the next stage, preliminary plat approval.
I believe that these additional stipulations will greatly improve the
new subdivision, and consequently solve many of the issues that have been
raised by neighboring citizens. The council vote was unanimous with these
new conditions.
Again, thank you for your letter and your concern. The drainage issue is
an area of concern for the City Council as well, and we will closely monitor
this issue. If I can be of any further assistance to you, pleas~ do not
