The location of the traffic signal poles will be designed as to negate or minimize relocation
due to the future widening of Bethel Road to the west. The attached schematic shows the
proposed signal pole locations. It will be the responsibility of the City to verify the use of
the utility easement west of the Denton Tap Road ROW.
If this meets with the concurrence and approval of the City of Coppell, please endorse this
letter as a notice to proceed and return a copy to me. The completion of a preliminary
design for your review is pending any comments that you or your staff might have.
