Listed below are Street Division comments relative to walk thru.
1. All meter boxes need to be cleaned and pub in gravel.
2. Need blue marking on street for all fire hydrants.
3. Need to paint valve blue for main line valve, red for fire
hydrant valves.
4. Need to repair damage to meter boxes, sewer clean out, bring
to grade on following lots: 17, 14, 15, 16, 34, 35, 36, 37,
38, & 39, Block M
5. Replace sewer cleanout pipe on City CD, Lot 21, Block M.
6. Need chimney seals installed in manhole #8+60, 3+61.

1. Lot 10, Block D needs new section of pipe on sewer cleanoul
line.
Ail meter cans need gravel below bottom curb stops.
Willow Ridge @ 553 valve is covered with concrete.
4. N.W. corner 2C & 553 needs valve extention, turn valve on.
5. Paint all valve lids blue for main line valve, red for fire
hydrant valves.
6. Need chimney seals in manholes #304, 3+28, 4+75.
7. Clean dirt out of sewer cleanouts, Lot 2, Blk #,Lot 30,Blk F
8. Tighten lower band on chimney seal on manhole #10-78, 86-52,
446-53.
9. Need blue marking on street in front of all fire hydrants.
