Dear Ms. Daneshmand:
Barton-Aschman Associates, Inc. is pleased to provide professional traffic engineering services
to the City of Coppell for the design of a traffic signal at the intersection of Denton Tap Road
and Bethel Road.
During a telephone conversation on December 12, 1990 between Don Glenn and yourself, you
gave us a verbal authorization to initiate work on this project. We will therefore commence
work on the activities outlined in our Scope of Services submitted to you in a letter proposal
dated November 19, 1990. Our fee for these services will not exceed $9,632.
We will continue to work under this verbal authorization until such time as we can execute
an agreement. If this does not agree with your understanding of your discussion, please
contact us.
