The water, sanitary sewer, paving and drainage facilities in the above referenced addition
were inspected during construction by the City of Coppell Engineering Department and
were installed ON ~[[~
according to the plans and our specifications governing such work.
As of the above date, the facilities are accepted subject to the two year maintenance
agreement.
