We are enclosing four copies of the Texas Department of Transportation, Notice of Proposed Installation -
Controlled Access Highway, for the State Highway 121 Water Line project, from Royal Lane to 675-feet south
of Corporate Drive along with three sets of construction plans. You may recall that we have previously
provided Mr. Alley with a preliminary set of construction plans for his review and comments concerning the
alignment within the State' s fight-of-way. At this stage, we have set the alignment and prepared the plans in
accordance with his comments and the State' s current Utility Accommodation Policy.
