~Follow-Up Walk-Through on Waters Edge II
Utilities personnel performed a follow-up walk-through on the
above referenced project and the following items remain
deficient:

Lot 10 Block D - Meter service leaking.
Lot 10 Block D - Lot clean out has trash in bottom.
Manhole at Sec 11+90 of line A needs ring reset and
chimney seal installed.
Lot 6 Block D - Meter service is leaking.

Lot 4 Block D - Lot clean out run over.
Standard city clean out needs grouted inside and lid
replaced and painted red.
Install approved brand rain pans (Rain Stopper or
Knutson).

Lot 20 Block A - Install blue fire hydrant marker in
road in front of fire hydrant.

~ Sandy Lake needs lowered to new grade.
Please ensure these items get completed prior to any final
acceptance or any release getting approved.
Paint main line valve caps blue and fire hydrant caps
red.
Existing manhole at southeast corner of project on
HLP/dm
