1, Mark MLV on curb in blue at water valve to vaults
2. DC's in vaults need to be tested
3. Main line valve to vault needs 3' ext.
4. Paint valve stack lids to fire hydrant red
5. Paint main line valve lids blue
6. Mark FHV on curb in red at fire hydrant valves
7. Fire hydrants need blue street markers
8. Two manholes need rain pans and chimney seals
9. Mark MH on curb in red at manholes
10. Paint manhole lids red
11. Paint WAD in red on curb and WAD lids red
12. WAD needs cap on pipe under manhole lid
13. Replace pad at broken sewer clean out
14. Clean sewer line; broken sewer pipe in bottom of clean out
15. Sewer clean outs need to be grouted around and pipe in bottom
16. Paint sewer clean out lids red
