Listed below are Street Division comments relative to walk thru.
1. Clean out double check and expose fittings.
2. Locate Fire Hydrant valve.
Turn Fire Hydrant toward street and put down blue button in
street.
4. Mark curb with marking for Fire Hydrant, C.O., FHV, etc.
Complete sewer line stopped up; unstop line from front to
back clean-out.
