Due to misinformation regarding the date of the preliminary plat approval the fees listed for park fees were incorrect. The correct fees will be 20 residential lots at $350.00 each for a total of $7,000.00. We hope this did not cause a problem. Water Impact Fee: 20 - 5/8" x 3/4" Domestic Meter/s = 20 ESU's This ass4essment does not include irrigation meter fees and impact information was not available. Total 20 ESU's @ $650.00 ea = $13,000.00 100% due prior to Council approval of the final plat. Note: This fee cannot be assessed until after TU Electric submits the lighting plan for the proposed project. Once plan is submitted $292.60 per light will be assessed. For those developments having preliminary plat approval after June 23, 1992 the following assessment is determined: 20 Residential Lots at $350.00 each = $ 7,000.00 Units (Multi-Family) at $350.00 each = ~ 50% of the amount specified above shall be paid by the Developer prior to Council approval of final plat. 50% remaining shall be paid by the Builder at such time as a building permit is issued.
