On or before October 10, 1990, I received three RFQ's in regard to
the above referenced project from:
- Kimley Horn & Associates, Inc.
- DeShazo, Starek & Tang, Inc.
- Barton, Aschman Associates, Inc.
Please note that other firms

through newspaper advertising.

I have presently sat up meetings with engineers representing above
firms and as requested, I will evaluate and make a selection of the
best qualified firm by Tuesday afternoon. I will bring this item
forward to the City Council on October 23, 1990, as intended.
Due to the limited time for the selection process and today's
deadline for City Council agenda items on October 23, 1990, I would
like to request an extension of deadline to Wednesday, October 17,
1990 at 12:00 P.M. for City Council item package submittal. I
appreciate the consideration.
