I am presently preparing a letter and a scope of work to request
qualifications from "qualified" consulting engineers to provide
signalization design plans, and construction and contract
administration regarding above project.
I am also reviewing our professional services files to obtain a
list of consulting firms and review their statements of
qualifications, etc.
I intend to send out the above referenced letters by or before the
end of this week.
