Walk Through - Waters Edge
The following items were found to be deficient in our recent walk
through:
1. Joint - Loose chunks of concrete in expansion joint
2. Ponding - may just need cleaned
3. Crack in curb on MacArthur
4. Gouge in curb in cul-de-sac
5. Form in alley
6. Texture in alley
7. Inlet - needs serious erosion protection
Please make sure the contractor(s) receive a copy of this list in
order to ensure that these issues are addressed.
