Albert H. Halff Associates, Inc. is honored to be considered for engineering design for subject
project. However, we are not able to respond at this time. Our transportation design team is
committed to a fast-track project, and qualified personnel are not available for assignment to the
City of Coppell project.
The City of Coppell is a valued client, and Halff Associates will continue to dedicate key staff
to the ongoing Drainage Master Plan project currently underway.
