RE: Walk Through Waters Edge/Water Sanitary Sewer
Field personnel performed a walk through at the above referenced subdivision this morning.
The following items were found to be deficient.
1. The abandoned 1V2" irrigation service, the corp and saddle should be removed
from mainline and a stainless steel repair clamp installed in its place.
2~he ll/:'' service that was installed, the service needs lowering and needs a
meter setter.
3.c~~pour cleanout pads on the following lots:
Lot 4 Blk A
Lot 10 Blk A
Lot 21 Blk B
~ Repour existing fire hydrant valve pad at Teal and MacArthur.
5~Check the following services for leaks.
Lot 3 Blk A
Lot 2 Blk B
Lot 12 Blk B
6.~.B Lot 15 - The sewer lateral needs to be raised out of invert. This is a
maintenance issue.
