Maintenance Bond inspection:
1. Large broken area in approach off Parkway on Cove Dr. needs
to be cut out and replaced.
2. Rout and seal crack in alley beside 883 Mariners Ct. Broken
alley behind 883 Mariners Ct., cut out and replace.
3. Area where Mariners Ct. alley meets Cove Dr. large area
broken needs to be cut out and replaced.
4. /Lrea where Misty Harbor alley meets Cove Dr. broken area
needs to be cut out and replaced.
5. Water ponding in front of 335 Cove Dr.
6. Concrete broken up around storm in lot box in front of 339
Cove Dr.
7. Several long cracks on Cove Dr. around 347 and 348, need to
rout and seal.
8. Water ponding in front of 355 Cove Dr.
9. Alley beside 348 Cove has several long cracks, need to rout
and seal.
10. Alley behind 894 Misty Harbor large crack rout and seal.
Water ponding same alley.
