Weekley Homes, Inc. is in the process of purchasing the
existing sixty (60) lots in the Waterside Estates #1 addition
of Coppell. During a recent meeting, Mr. Larry Davis stated
the following conditions must be corrected prior to gaining
final acceptance of the utilities by the City of Coppell:
Sanitary Sewer
a. Standing water in sections of the sewer main
b. Several services are leaking and/or have a negative
attitude
Water System
a. Several water meter boxes are broken and/or
b. Several water meter loops are damaged
missing
Although we understand that the normal procedure would be
non-issuance of building permits until final City acceptance
is granted, we ask that the City work with us by agreeing to
the following proposal:
Weekley Homes, Inc. will commence work within thirty

sewer system to satisfaction of the City of Coppell. It
is anticipated that these repairs will require four to

Weekley Homes, Inc. will repair the water meter boxes
and/or water meter loops concurrently with the
construction of a single family residence on each
affected lot.

The City will issue building permits prior,to the
acceptance of the utilities and will conduct inspections
of the work in place. Certificates of Occupancy will
not be issued until the sanitary sewer has been~accepted
~d by the City and the water meter box and/or loop
servicing the affected Ic, t has bee repaired.
Weekley Homes, Inc. shall indemnify and hold harmless
the City of Coppell from any and all claims arising or
resulting from the sewer system work performed by
Weekley Homes, Inc. and/or its agents.
We appreciate the cooperative working relationship we have
experience with the City of Coppell and hope to work together
on this project to all parties' satisfaction.
