Utilities personnel performed a walk-thru on the above referenced
project this morning and the following items were found to be
del icient;
~ Lot 14 Blk. H-Lot cleanout missing.
/ Inflow coming in manhole at Mariners Ct. and Cove
Lot 11 Blk. G-Water service leak.
~ Lot 5 Blk. H-Replace meter setter.
~/~install brass elbows on all 2" blowoffs.
~.~_ ~ *~ Main line valve missing at Parkway and MacArthur.
~ Lot 8 Blk. G-Repour concrete pad for lot cleanout.
Please ensure that each of these items are corrected prior to
final acceptance of this project.
