Final Walk-Through for Waterside Estates
Phase III
Utilities personnel performed a walk-thru on the above referenced
project this morning and the following items were found to be
deficient;
Lot 14 Blk.H-Lot cleanout missing.
Inflow coming in manhole at Mariners Ct. and Cove
Dr.
Lot 11 Blk. G-Water service leak.
Lot 5 Blk. H-Replace meter setter.
Install brass elbows on all 2" blowoffs.
Main line valve missing at Parkway and MacArthur.
Lot 8 Blk. G-Repour concrete pad for lot cleanout.
Please ensure that each of these items are corrected prior to
final acceptance of this project.
