Two variances are being requested. The first one deals with the waiver of
the alley requirement and the second variance request relates to the street
center line radii being less that the minimum required. Both requests have
been reviewed and approved by City Council, during the rezoning stage,
but as a matter of housekeeping, if the decision is to approve the final
plat, then the motion should reflect both variance requests.
