along with a copy of the development fee calculations for Waterside
Estates Phase II.
Please provide a check made payable to the City of Coppell in the amount
of $97,551.23 plus 2% of the construction cost, and forward it to Alan
Johnson, Finance Department, along with a copy of the Fee Assessment
list. In addition, please provide me with a copy of the Engineer's
Estimate for this project or the contract amount for verification of the
construction inspection fee.

NOT BE COLLECTED UNTIL SUCH TIME AS AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT IS
MADE BETWEEN THE CITY AND MUD.
THIS FEE CANNOT BE ASSESSED UNTIL AFTER TU ELECTRIC SUBMITS THE
LIGHTING PLAN FOR THE PROPOSED PROJECT. ONCE PLAN IS SUBMITTED
$292.60 PER LIGHT WILL BE ASSESSED.
