Enclosed is a revised copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee
Assessment list for Waterside Estates Phase II. Please disregard the
previous list (dated January 23, 1992). The Wastewater Impact Fee was
inadvertently omitted from that list.
Please provide a check made payable to the City of Coppell in the amount
of $127,251.23 plus 2% of the construction cost, and forward it to Alan
Johnson, Finance Department, along with a copy of the Fee Assessment
list. In addition, please provide me with a copy of the En§ineer's
Estimate for this project or the contract amount for verification of the
construction inspection fee.
