RE: ~Waterside II Estates Phase II - Walk Through
Staff has performed a follow up walk through of this subdivision
and found that the following items need to be corrected:
1. Greenway and Westlake Drive - The southwest corner @
Redwood curb needs to be patched.
2. Westlake Drive - clean out wood and debris from the
first drop inlet.
3. Shorewood - At the existing concrete and new concrete
in the westbound lane @ Redwood needs to be resealed.
4. Shorewood & Westlake - Westbound @ the last curb on
Redwood - ear missing.
