Put on/off curb stop off Sandy Lake.
No water to irrigation meter. Need a curb stop off Heartz.
Clean all meter cans to lower fittins.
Need to mark fire hydrant in red on curb.
First fire hydrant needs to have a new seal on ear.
Need to mark in blue on curb Main Line Valve (MLV).
Need a skirt added to chimney seal on 2nd manhole off Sandy
Lake.
8. 3rd fire hydrant needs to be relocated 3 ft. from curb.
9. Need to bring up chimney seal on 3rd manhole off Sandy Lake.
10. Need to raise chimney seal 2n~ manhole from Heartz.
11. 1st manhole need to raise chimney seal from Heartz.
12. Replace top pipe, lot 2, first lot facing north off of Heartz
on City cleanout
13. Sewer lateral line Lot 6 needs to be raised facing north on
off Heartz.
14. Need to raise service line facing north on Lot 6.
