Need vault exm. on first valve to Windsor Estates.
Sewer main and services full of dirt and holding in manholes-water not flowing.
Water services leaking on lots lB, 2B, 3A, 17 and 13.
All meter can~ must be dry and cleaned to below curb stop cutoff.
Need to replace a sewer deunout with sweep T in bottom of cleanouts.
All meter setters are 1' for 1' meters on aH lots (must be OK'd by Ted D.).
Lot 12, 13, and 14 sewer cl~nouts are broken.
All MLV painted blue lids.
F.H. needs blue marker buttons in street.
Lot 4A sewer City cl,~nout pipe is bo.at - replace pipe.
Lot llA City sewer cleanout replace top - broken.
Replace aH meter c~n.~ with large tang if Ted Ok's 1' setters.
Itai~ meter can on Lot 7 to ground level.
Cut and plug sewer deanout on Lots lA and 3A. Houses have 2 City sewer cl~nouts
per lot.
Remark MH in red on curb at aH manholes.
Reset chimney seals in manhule~ - rings loose or mi~iug.
Manhole at Allm and Deforest not sealed at top and mi.nsing rain pall and chimney
seal.
.~ Manhole at Alicu and Brentwood needs to be graded at top and chimney seal.
