Headwall at outflow is about to fall into the creek (void under headwall).
Need to dig out rocks on pipe before headwall.
Dirt is f'dtering through rock-now h~ hole on top grout rocks at outflow.
Did a poor job of grouting pipes at inlet box.
Some lids don't open.
Some locks are brokeno
