We are asking for your consid~tion to allow Windsor Estates to be granted a temporary final approval from the Public Works Division of the City of Coppell with the understanding that the existing 1" meter setters will be replaced with ~A" meter setters by May 31 t, 2001. In addition to the replacement of the meter setters, Coppell Optimum Assets, L.L.C. acknowledges the responsibility to inform each Home Builder of the City's requirement to change the existing sanitary sewer connections from a straight tee to a sweep tee before the final C.O is issued for each home by the City of CoppelL If you agree to these conditions, please acknowledge this letter by signing in the signature block below so 1 can move forward with the scheduled closing with the Builders.
