Waterside II- Walk Through Punch List
Street Division staff performed a walk through of the above
referenced project at 8:30 a.m. on 8/10/92. The following is a
list of deficiencies found at the time of the walk through:
Intersection of MacArthur and Waterside incomplete. Needs
to be completed and ramps need to meet ADA guideline stan-
dards.
Coffer Dam needs to be removed.
Ail end of road guardrail needs to be 21" high with
reflective end of road tape as per construction standard
details.
Remove debris from in front of Line G (48" RCP).
Deck plate is bowed, needs to be corrected, cannot have
more than a 1/4" lip at sidewalk (ADA Guidelines).
Sewer line cleanout needs 2' x 2' blockout on Chelsea Bay.
.All drop inlets need throat sealed (*Note: All inlets are
holding water due to what appears to be the lake level at
this time).
Guardrail is needed at the bridge which needs to be
consistent with current standard construction details.
Erosion control on overall project needed.
Please make sure that all the parties involved receive a copy of
this punch list.
