The following is a punch list of the items found to be deficient at
this location:
Brick paver lug needs to be removed and repoured due to
the disturbance from the valve location attempt
· Seal curb's and saw cuts
· Pour inlet throats
Pour curb in Spycove - Remove additional damaged area to
the west - it is cracked
The City will install the stop signs
Parkway and Spyglass and Spycove once
list items are completed
at Spyglass and
the other punch
