Listed below are Utility Division comments relative to walk thru.
1.-/' Second fire hydrant valve needs an extension.
2.~'/Third fire hydrant valve needs an extension.
3. ~"Need new meter can and expose curb stop on 2" meter that sits
in front of Kuehne & Nabel. A valve stack needs to be on the
curb stop valve.
4. JSewer cleanout at Wrangler & Lakeshore, west side, needs re-
placing.
5. ~ire .hydrant valve cover on west side of Stadium needs to be
painted plus the man line valve cover needs to be painted.
6./Clean valve stack south on Freeport.
'7.
Locate manholes from Crestside drive through to Beltline a
total of nholes. All manholes need rain pans and chimney
seals.

Listed below are Street Division comments relative to

walk thru.
Seal all joints and random cracks including curbs marked in
white.
Ponding & sealant at west entrance to 1110 Executive.
Street name blade missing at Executive and Wrangler.
Curb broken at intersection of Executive & Wrangler, painted
white.
All spalded (holes) areas painted white-cut out and repair.
Need to check all approaches coming out to Wrangler for areas
painted white.
Ponding in curb line at Enterprise & Wrangler also replace all
sealant at this intersection.
Replace broken buttons south of Enterprise painted white.
White & yellow buttons at Wrangler at Freeport have missing
reflectors-need replaced.
Street blade missing at Wrangler &
Random cracks & joints
Freeport.
at Wrangler & Freeport (lots of them).
Raise & level traffic signal box southeast corner of Wrangler
and Freeport.
A~proach at Lakeshore & Wrangler - random cracks.
Check entire project for button replacement.
