Jordan Excel Group, Inc. 2639 Walnut Hill Lane, Suite 103 Dallas, Texas 75229 RE: Windsor Estates Dear Kelly: When construction began on Windsor Estates Development, particularly the construction of Deforest Road, the City indicated the imperative of maintaining adequate access to the existing home at 900 Deforest Road and project site in case emergency vehicles needed to respond to an emergency. On occasion, the City has continued to receive complaints from the property owner at 900 Deforest Road and from Travis Crump, Fire Marshal, that adequate measures have not been used to maintain access. Also this project has created drainage problems associated with reconstruction of Deforest Road. This letter is to serve as a notice to you that issues must be resolved A.S.A.P. If you are unable to address these issues in the next few days, the City will have no other choice but to halt all construction activities on this project until the issues are resolved.
