Dear Mr. Engelage:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a request for easement
abandonment in Waterside Estates II, Block B, Lots 13 and 19, was approved by the Coppell
City Council on January 12, 1993.
Please prepare a legal instrument declaring the easements as abandoned, once the instrument
has been properly prepared, the document must be filed with Dallas County for execution.
