Dear Mr. Finley:
A final inspection of paving and utilities for the referenced project has been confirmed by
representatives of the City of Coppell.
The two-year maintenance bonds and as-built drawings have been ~ceived from the contractor.
Maturity on the bonds will be two years from the date of this letter. Maturity on the Erosion
Control Bond will also be two years from the date of this letter.

and after the day of the acceptance of said work from defects in materials furnished by, or
workmanship of the Contractor, in performing the work covered by said contract, then this
obligation shall become null and void; otherwise to remain in full force and effect.

Gentlemen:
We hereby issue this Irrevocable Letter of Credit no. 784 which is
available against presentation of the following documents.
1. City of Coppell's draft at sight, drawn on First State Bank of
Texas, P.O. Box 100, 101 South Locust, Denton, Texas 76201, if
presented no later than ninety (90) days after Dec-mher 31, 1997,
therefore to be presented no later than March 31, 1998.
2. City of Coppell's statement dated no later than ninety (90)
days after December 31, 1997, that W.O.C. Investments, Inc. has
failed to fulfill obligations under Erosion and Sedimentation
Contract Code Ordinance #91514 City of Coppell up to but not
exceeding THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY AND 26/100S U.S.
DOLLARS ($3,740.26) required %mder Agreement between W.O.C.
Investments, Inc. as Applicant, and City of Coppell a copy of which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes but not
later than ninety (90) days after Dec-mher 31, 1997, therefore to
be presented no later than March 31, 1998.
We hereby engage with City of Coppell, its successors and assigns,
that in compliance with the terms of this Irrevocable Letter of
Credit no. 784 that such draft and documents will be duly honored
upon presentation to us.
