At the March 14th, 1995 City Council meeting, the City Council awarded the referenced project
to your firm. Enclosed with his letter are three copies of the contract. Please sign and return
the three copies so that they can be executed by the Mayor. Once the contracts have been
signed by the Mayor, a copy will be returned to your office along with a notice to proceed
letter.
