Dear Mr. Griffin:
As per your conversation with Mr. Bill Anderson of Dan M. Dowdey and Associates, regarding
the 10 toot drainage easement along the rear of Lots 12 and 13, we will construct tim tear fence
along the common east line of D,)t 14. Where the fence along the side yard of lints 12 and 13
are to be construcied within the drainage easement, we will either install a section of "Shadow
Box Fence", 3 to 4 inches above the ground, or install decorative melal fence, as is currently
being installed along the Lake System.
