The following provides additional clarification to the construction plans based on the Pre-Bid
Conference of December 8, 1994.
1. Included with this addendum is a copy of Special Detail Sheet #13 which provides
information concerning the channel sections. The City does not include details with
construction plans, but does require the contractor to have a copy of the City of Coppell
Standard Construction Details on the job site during construction. Details are available
for $15.00. The specific issues with the channel section are as follows:
a. Channel thickness is 6" unless shown otherwise,
b. Rebar spacing is #3 at 12" on center,
c. Concrete strength is 3000 psi,
d. The weep hole spacing is 12 foot on center. (Note: The Channel Section Detail
states 12 inch on center. This is in error, correct spacing is 12 foot on center.)
