FINAL PLAT CONDITIONS
1. The centerline radius of the street
shall be no less than two hundred (200')
feet.
2. The lots adjacent to alleys shall
be required to have alley access. All
other lots shall be allowed front entry
or side entry access to dwelling unit.
3. The centerltne radius of the sanitary
sewer mains shall be no less than seven
hundred-fifty (750') feet.
4. Street and alley pavement grades
may exceed 5.0% as shown on construction
plans.
5. This 'development is a member of
the "Lakes Of Coppell Owners
Association". Each owner is
automatically a member of said
Association , and as such agrees to
abide by Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions Bylaws.
