On this date, a Terracon technician observed the injection of water at this site. During the
injection process, the following observations were recorded.

OBSERVATION

Injection downward in 18 inch intervals. X

Spacing of injection was 5 feet maximum. X
Injection to refusal at each location. X
Comments:
1. Jowell, the injectors went back to the south side of building #5 with two probs and re-injected the
area that was hard from the southeast comer 150 feet west and 40 feet north at the request of Jeff
from Rogers-O'Brien.
2. Jowell, the injectors started injecting pass #4 on building #6, 150' north to south and 110' west to
east. There were several hard spots and the injectors could not get their 7 feet drop with probs.
