On this date, a Terracon technician observed the injection of water at this site. During the
injection process, the following observations were recorded.

Injection pressure 50 to 200 psi at manifold. X
Injection downward in 18 inch intervals. X
Total depth of injection was 7 feet. X
Spacing of injection was 5 feet maximum. X
Injection to refusal at each location. X
Comments:
1. Jowell, the injectors were not maintaining 18 inch intervals.
2. Jowell, the injectors could not inject 7 feet in some areas because it was too hard. Mainly on the
southeast comer of the building pad.
