1. If you have a memorandum of agreement, please add it to the incorporated documents. The
construction Schedule and the Cost Estimate may be numbered as you desire. Please re-read document
to be certain that ail references to the attachments are correct.
2. We use the memorandum of agreement to certify city concurrence with typical section, alignment, etc.
Since the city is lead agency, it may not be necessary and the PSA will be the document of record.
3.As to page 3 and 4; I can only say that I have spent innumerous hours trying to fix this "automatic
numbering" problem without success. It may be that your printer does not recognize some code or
something(or mine doesn't). I have once again tried to correct the numbering problem and will attach new
version of PSA to this email.
